1. Contest Sponsor
The “True North Sales Event” Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Novus Automotive.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who:
1. Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Hold a valid Canadian driver’s license
Employees, representatives, or agents of Novus Automotive, its affiliated companies, dealerships, or advertising/promotional agencies are not eligible to win.To be eligible, participants must:
Visit a participating Novus Automotive dealership in person during the Contest Period
Present a valid Canadian driver’s license
Complete and submit an official entry ballot at the dealership with intent to participate
No purchase or appointment is necessary. Failure to visit in person or provide a valid license will result in disqualification.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 26, 2025, at 7:00 am and ends on June 30, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
All entries must be submitted in person during this period at a participating dealership.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. No appointment required.
To enter the Contest:
1. Visit a participating Novus dealership between June 26–30, 2025
2. Present a valid driver’s license
3. Fill out and submit a ballot in person at the dealership
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of either:
A. A Canadian getaway travel credit valued at up to $5,000 CAD, to be used toward a Canadian travel experience of the winner’s choice. The travel credit will be issued through a reputable Canadian travel provider (e.g., Expedia.ca, or equivalent) and must be used for travel within Canada. The travel credit may be applied toward transportation, accommodations, and eligible travel-related expenses. Proof of intended Canadian travel must be submitted.

B. Alternatively, Winner may select, in substitute of the $5000 CAD credit value, a $3000 CAD cash prize to be used without restriction.
Prize Conditions:
1. Winner must coordinate with Novus Automotive Group or its designated travel partner to redeem the travel credit.
2. Travel must be booked and completed within 12 months of the draw date.
3. Any costs exceeding $5,000 CAD are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation
5. The winner may be asked to submit photos of their travel experience and sign a standard photo release form allowing Novus Automotive Group to use submitted content for promotional purposes.
6. Winner Selection
A randomly selected ballot draw will be conducted on July 4, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted using the email or phone number provided at time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
To claim the prize, the selected entrant must:
1. Respond within five (5) business days of notification
2. Correctly answer a skill-testing question
3. Complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability
Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
2. Novus Automotive Group reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion thereof with one of equal or greater value
3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding
4. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city of residence, and/or submitted travel photos in promotional materials without further compensation, unless otherwise agreed upon with the winner.
9. Limitation of Liability
Novus Automotive Group is not responsible for:
1. Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
2. Technical failures or human error in administration of the Contest
3. Any issues that may arise during, as part of, or as a result of the travel experience
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, in accordance with Novus Automotive’s privacy policy, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Governing Law
This Contest is intended to be conducted in the province of Ontario only, and subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
